    • For regular riders: We recommend a Basic Service every 3-6 months, depending on how often and where you ride.

    • Occasional riders: A yearly Full Service is ideal to keep your bike in safe and efficient condition.

    • After winter storage: If your bike has been unused for a while, it’s a good idea to bring it in for a safety check and tune-up before your first ride.

  • Absolutely! Kids’ bikes need just as much care as adult bikes to ensure safety. We adjust brakes, gears, and seat height to keep young riders safe and comfortable. We can take out any necessary repairs and verty reasonable prices to help keep our little people on their bikes!

  • Yes! Many online bikes require assembly and fine-tuning before they’re ready to ride. Bring it in, and we’ll perform a professional check-over to ensure everything is secure and functioning correctly. If you have purchased your bike second hand on eBay, Facebook or privately, we’re happy to take it in and give it a check to advise if any work is needed.

  • If you’re unsure, you can just bring your bike in. Our friendly team will assess its condition and recommend the best service based on what it needs. Alternatively, you can use our booking system and book an Assessment. From there, we will be able to advise you once we’ve looked at the bike.

  • We work on all types of bikes, including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, e-bikes, children’s bikes and even vintage bikes. If you’re unsure about a specific model or brand, give us a call.

  • Yes, if we identify any worn-out parts during the service, we’ll let you know and replace them with your approval. We stock a variety of components and regularly order parts as needed from our range of suppliers.

  • Of course! For minor issues like punctures, brake tweaks, or chain lubrication, drop by, and we’ll get you back on the road quickly.

  • No problem! Bring it in for a diagnostic check. We’ll inspect your bike and explain any issues, along with a recommended service plan.

  • Most basic services can be completed within a few days. Full and Overhaul Services typically take 4-5 days. We’ll always let you know the expected turnaround time when you bring your bike in. If specialised parts are needed, their maybe a delay due to supply availability

  • Call us or drop by the shop! We do our best to accommodate emergencies like punctures or brake failures to keep you riding safely. If your issue is more severe, we will do our best to advise you on the quickest solution.
